After School Programs

Our after school programs will provide students an opportunity to develop the
skills necessary to be strong Muslim-Canadian citizens.

AAEF

Quran

Once the Arabic language skills have been developed, students will hone their skills in Tajweed and Tafseer with the support of Quranic experts.

Arabic

We aim to provide the means for youth to develop the skills necessary to read, write, and understand the Arabic language.

Tahfeez

As students master the Art of reading Quranic Arabic, students can work with a Quran instructor to begin the devoted act of memorizing the Quran.

This Course is designed for the students who want to learn the Arabic alphabet, diacritics, and the basic Arabic words.

Prerequisite: None

Age requirements: 6-13 years old

Juzz Amma

Prerequisite: Proficient completion of Arabic 1 or equivalent score on admission test

Age requirements: 8-15 years old

Tahfeez Program (Coming Soon)

Tahfeez Class

Monday – Thursday
5:00pm-6:00pm

This course is designed for students who would like to memorize Qur’an & improve their level of Tajweed. Students must be 8 years of age (students who are younger may apply & be tested for admission)

Age requirements: 8-15 years old

Arabic 2 (Will not be offered this term)

Tuesdays and Thursdays

5:00pm-6:00pm

This Course focuses on diacritics & basic Arabic grammar.

Prerequisite: Proficient completion of Arabic 1 or equivalent score on admission test

Age requirements: 6-13 years old

Quran 2 (Will not be offered this term)

Juzz Tabarak

Prerequisite: Proficient completion of Arabic 1 or equivalent score on admission test

Age requirements: 8-15 years old

Prerequisite:

  • Able to read Arabic (know all the letters & diacritical marks).
  • Must have a high level of fluency in reading Arabic
  • Pass the admission test. (includes memorization test & Arabic language reading test)

Age requirements: 8-15 years old

*For the purpose of classroom management, students must be at least 6 years old to enroll in the Arabic Program and 8 years old to enroll in the Quran & Tahfeez programs.*

*Spot are limited to 20 per class (5 per Tahfeez). Any registrations that take place after we have reached 20 students will be admitted to the waitlist.*

This is the pre-registration form for the Tahfeez Program. When we are able to being the program, a registration fee of $100 will be required upon admission.
